How has New Brunswick influenced your work?

My life is here. New Brunswick is my home and I love living and working here. While I've travelled much, and lived briefly in different parts of the world, I am always eager to return to my beautiful province.

What is your favourite New Brunswick book, and why?

Poetry by Douglas Lochhead such as the Millwood Road Poems. I love his passion and deep connection with the land and its people. While Lochhead travelled and enriched his experience of the world, he shared through his poetry his profound connection with the earth and his beloved marshlands, which he came to know like no other. I was honoured to get to know him toward the end of his life and to be the proud owner of some signed copies of his books.

What do you consider to be the highlight of your career so far?

I have had a number of careers and they all had their highlights. To discover myself as an author as I moved toward 70 was a great and very rewarding surprise.

A Healing Gift: Cognitive Energy Healing

This book introduces a new approach to healing and the journey of learning and discovery that lead to the practice called Cognitive Energy Healing (CEH). For many it offers hope for restored wellness.

CEH is an energy based, natural and non-invasive approach to healing body, mind, and spirit. The aim of this healing practice is to identify and eliminate root causes of health concerns so healing can take place. ....For the many living with unresolved healing concerns, this holistic practice provides a non-invasive way to restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being... This book provides an overview of the CEH methods and techniques used in the healing of oneself and others... by engaging both body and mind to release specific causes of energy blockages to healthy energy flow. Usually a treatment takes only seconds to perform and outcomes have proven to be amazingly successful... for those who have completed a healing regime. The vast majority report their healing results to be positive, significant and for some, life changing.
