Biography
Born in Lamèque. He attended elementary school in Lamèque. He then studied at Collège Saint-Joseph in New Brunswick, at Académie Saint-Louis in Quebec, at Newman College in Edmonton, Alberta, at the Université de Montréal, at the University of West Florida in Florida, USA, and at the Universidad Popular Ecuador.
