Biography

I was born in Bridgewater, N.S. and grew up in Saint John, N.B. I graduated from Saint John High School and attended Mount Allison University, Sackville, N.B.

In Canada I worked at the following newspapers: The Telegraph-Journal (news editor); Kings County Record (editor); Bathurst Tribune (editor), Montreal Gazette (sports writer), Atlantic Insight magazine (N.B. correspondent).

I have been living in Israel since August of 1982.

I began self-publishing books in 2012 and now have produced 32, five of which are fiction.



How has New Brunswick influenced your work?

Growing up in a province where there are two languages and two cultures raised my awareness that that are always different ways of looking at things.

What is your favourite New Brunswick book, and why?

George Frederick Clarke: Too Small A World

This is the story of the Saint John heroine Mme LaTour. It's a book that had to be written.
