In the 1980s I began publishing in magazines including Canadian Gardening and Fine Gardening, as well as doing weekly columns for the Times & Transcript and the CBC-Corn Hill Chronicles. My books include Roses for Canadian Gardens (1991); Hardy Trees and Shrubs (1996); and Hardy Roses (2001).
