Using the case index:

Type your search details in the search
field. It is possible to search by the name of a party involved in the case.

Click on Search button or click enter.

An advanced search is available that
will allow you to specify case type, region or a date range for the initiation or the outcome of a case.
Definitions of the Headings shown in
the search results page:

Actions: This section provides information
about the parties involved in the case and a brief description of what the case is about.

Judgments: This section lists details
of the financial judgment, where one has been determined by a Judge.

Court File Number: The court file number
defines the court case. The case is filed using this number and court staff will need the number to locate the
case file and make it available for you to view.

Case Type: This defines the case as
a Cause, a Civil Matter, a Bankruptcy case or as a case in Probate.

Name(s): These are the names of the
parties involved in the case.
