Greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced in the province as the result of a new project being supported by the New Brunswick Climate Action Fund, Environment Minister Roland Haché announced today. The Department of Environment is providing an investment of $80,000 to Kent Homes to redesign the plans of the company's houses and to change its construction practices. The objective: to ensure all homes manufactured by Kent Homes meet Energuide 80 guidelines for energy efficiency.
