Premier Shawn Graham took the occasion of the annual holiday open house at the Centennial Building in Fredericton to greet Richard Chiasson, the Canadian Culinary Federation chef of the year 2006. Chiasson, of Caraquet, was on hand to promote New Brunswick fisheries, aquaculture and agriculture products. The open house was held on Thursday, Dec. 14.
