A sod-turning ceremony to celebrate the beginning of an expansion and renovations at St. Stephen Elementary School took place today in St. Stephen. Premier Bernard Lord, Supply and Services Minister Bev Harrison, and Tony Huntjens, MLA for Western Charlotte, participated.
