 September 23, 2005 - FrederictonEducationEducation Minister Madeleine Dubé today recognized the contribution of Jacques Cool, a Department of Education employee, to the development of online education in New Brunswick and Canada. At its 18th general meeting, the Réseau d'enseignement francophone à distance du Canada (REFAD) recognized Cool's outstanding contribution to the growth of French-language distance education in Canada. | ||||
