Thomas Hall, a 72-bed nursing home that is part of Parkland Fredericton seniors' complex, will open in September. Parkland Fredericton is the $30-million senior's complex owned and being built by Shannex New Brunswick Inc. Premier Shawn Graham and Minister of State for Seniors Cheryl Lavoie received an update while visiting the site today.
