Child protection services will be available to New Brunswick youths 16 to 18 years old starting Monday, Sept. 20. Social Development Minister Kelly Lamrock made this comment while visiting Miramichi Youth House, a youth shelter. From left: Public Safety Minister and Solicitor General John W.
