The 15th annual World Book and Copyright Day was celebrated internationally. Created by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the theme for 2010 is the International Year of Rapprochement of Cultures. Education Minister Roland Haché celebrated the day by reading to elementary school students at École Arc-en-ciel and Hubbard Avenue Elementary School in Oromocto.
