Minister of Agriculture and Aquaculture Ronald Ouellette was in Shippagan on Friday, July 17, to participate in the official opening of L’Étang Ruisseau Bar Ltée’s commercial shellfish hatchery. The hatchery is the first of its kind in New Brunswick. L’Étang Ruisseau Bar Ltée is a family-owned business that has been producing and marketing oysters for more than 30 years.
