New Brunswick's first ecological land classification (ELC) book has been published and is now available to the public. Natural Resources Minister Donald Arseneault, right, congratulates Vince Zelazny on the publication of the Ecological Land Classification manual for New Brunswick. Zelazny spent over a decade researching and writing the first classification of its kind in Canada in that it recognizes the ongoing interactions of humans and their culture with the natural environment.
