Health Minister Michael Murphy and Supply and Services Minister Roly MacIntyre today officially took part in a ribbon cutting for the new, $85-million Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. The hospital will open to patients on Nov. 18.  Joy VanTassel, left, facility manager for the Upper River Valley Hospital, joins MacIntyre and Murphy for the unveiling of the plaque commemorating the completion of the new hospital in Waterville, Carleton County.
