Premier Shawn Graham and Fisheries Minister Rick Doucet met with executives of Red Lobster in Caraquet on Wednesday, Aug. 15. The officials from the restaurant chain were in the province to learn more about enhancement research currently underway, which is designed to sustain the lobster population
along the coast of New Brunswick. Red Lobster, the world's largest casual-dining seafood restaurant company, is a subsidiary of Darden Restaurants Inc., and operates over 680 restaurants in the United States and Canada.
