Try out an introductory Tai Chi session for free at the Riverview Public Library. The "5 Element" form is accessible regardless of your fitness level, health issues or mobility. The benefits of this type of Tai Chi include improved balance, muscle tone and flexibility, as well as aiding self-healing and overall well-being.
The sessions will take place Tuesday, October 30th at 1:30pm and 6:30pm at the library. Presented by Barbara Gould, certified instructor (Dr. YuMing Ye mentor).
