You can apply for a library card by filling out the form below, or you can obtain one at your your local library. Enter your information in the appropriate spaces in the form. Please ensure all fields with an asterisk are filled in, or we will not be able to process your request. Please note that this request is intended for users who have not already obtained a library card. If your library card has been lost or stolen, please contact your local library.

When you register online, your library card will be mailed to you. You can use your library card to access some online resources on our website as soon as you receive it. Just enter the barcode printed on the card when you are prompted to do so. I authorize my public library to send me promotional information by phone or by mail.
Occasionally, public libraries send out information to their patrons to promote new programs and services, special activities and events or information of local interest. Please note that this option will not affect the delivery of overdue notices, replacement bills or collection agency notices. This type of communication is related to your obligations when you borrow materials from the library; therefore, you will receive these notices even if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted by the library.
I authorize the foundation to send me information regarding its campaigns and fundraising activities by phone or by mail.
The New Brunswick Public Libraries Foundation is a charitable organization that raises funds in support of New Brunswick's public libraries.
