Biography

Born in 1963 my hometown is Lindsay, Ontario. I currently reside in Cumberland Bay, NB, overlooking the picturesque Eastern side of Grand Lake.

I began writing poetry non-professionally as a pastime and took up creative writing in my later years.

How has New Brunswick influenced your work?

I find New Brunswick very inspiring, from the tranquility of sitting on the Fundy Coast to the rich history of the province. I have written some well received historical fiction narratives on some of its past. Book 1 of my Finger of God series entitled The Conner Gallagher Story transports readers back to the great Miramichi fire of 1825.

What is your favourite New Brunswick book, and why?

I can't pinpoint one particular book per se. However, I do enjoy anything historical about the province.

What do you consider to be the highlight of your career so far?

The highlight of my career would have to be the signing of my very first novel for a fan. A young woman who was absolutely elated that I signed her book. I love to make people happy and see their smile.
