How has New Brunswick influenced your work?
My life is here. New Brunswick is my home and I love living and working here. While I've travelled much, and lived briefly in different parts of the world, I am always eager to return to my beautiful province.
What is your favourite New Brunswick book, and why?
Poetry by Douglas Lochhead – such as the Millwood Road Poems. I love his passion and deep connection with the land and its people. While Lochhead travelled and enriched his experience of the world, he shared through his poetry his profound connection with the earth and his beloved marshlands, which he came to know like no other. I was honoured to get to know him toward the end of his life and to be the proud owner of some signed copies of his books.
What do you consider to be the highlight of your career so far?
I have had a number of careers and they all had their highlights. To discover myself as an author as I moved toward 70 was a great and very rewarding surprise.

This book provides an overview of the CEH methods and techniques used in the healing of oneself and others... by engaging both body and mind to release specific causes of energy blockages to healthy energy flow. Usually a treatment takes only seconds to perform and outcomes have proven to be amazingly successful... for those who have completed a healing regime.
