Due to a service interruption at Canada Post, the following services have been suspended: the "Mail to Me" option in the online catalogue, the Talking Books Service by Mail, the Interlibrary Loan Service, holds on library materials and online library card registration. Due dates on borrowed library materials will be automatically extended. Books are available online 24/7 via our Online Library.
Starting November 1st, the Rosetta Stone platform will be upgraded, and user accounts will be reset. You will need to re-register to continue using the tool. Please make note of your progress so that you can return to the same spot in your course once you have registered again. See the Rosetta Stone Progress Tracking Instructions to learn more. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

A public library has existed in Atholville, now part of the Campbellton Regional Community, since 1967. Over the years, the library moved from floor to floor, before the current building was built in 2003. In November 2013, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the new building, the Atholville Public Library was named the Raymond Lagacé Public Library, honouring the former mayor of the Village of Atholville, Raymond Lagacé, for all of his work in community and municipal involvement, as evidenced by his exceptional career as mayor of the Village of Atholville from 1971 to 2012.
