Text of Bill :
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Section 3 of the French version of the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation Act, chapter N-6.1 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out "object" and
substituting "objet".

2 Subsection 6(2) of the Act is repealed.

3 Section 9 of the Act is amended

       (a) in subsection (1) by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President";

       (b) in subsection (2) by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President";

       (c) in subsection (3) by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President";

       (d) in subsection (4) by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President";

       (e) in subsection (4.1) by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President";

       (f) in subsection (5) by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President".

4 Subsection 10(3) of the Act is amended by striking out "General Manager" and substituting "President".

5 Subsection 16(4) of the Act is amended by striking out "fifty thousand dollars" and substituting "$100,000".

6 Where in any Act, other than this Act, or in any regulation, rule, order, by-law, agreement or other instrument or document, reference is made to the General Manager of
the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation, it shall be read, unless the context otherwise requires, as a reference to the President of the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation.
