There was a sod-turning event today for Phase 1 construction of a $75-million nursing home to replace Loch Lomond Villa in Saint John. The nursing home will be built on about five acres at 164 Loch Lomond Rd., participated on behalf of Minister of State for Seniors Cheryl Lavoie.
