New Brunswick Premier Bernard Lord and Maine Governor John E. Baldacci speak with media after signing two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) to increase inter-jurisdictional co-operation between the state and province. These MOUs provide a framework for the two jurisdictions to promote co-operation and sharing between their respective governments for the purposes of improving public services and promoting their mutual interests in regional and international forums.
