Virtual-Agent Services (VAS), an Illinois-based provider of contact centre solutions, has established its 17th and 18th New Brunswick centres in the towns of Bristol and Perth-Andover. The new facilities are expected to create up to 50 jobs for local residents in each village within its first year of operation.
