Virtual-Agent Services (VAS), an Illinois-based provider of contact-centre solutions, has established its 15th New Brunswick customer-contact centre in the Town of Nackawic, Premier Bernard Lord announced today. The new facility is expected to create up to 50 jobs for area residents within its first year of operation.
