Residents of Plaster Rock can look forward to a new recreation centre worth almost $3 million, thanks to a funding partnership between the Village of Plaster Rock and the Canada-New Brunswick Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (CNBMRIF). The joint federal, provincial and municipal infrastructure project was announced recently by Premier Bernard Lord; MP for Tobique-Mactaquac Mike Allen; and Plaster Rock Mayor Peter White.
