Energy Minister Bruce Fitch, accompanied by Elizabeth Weir, President and CEO of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency, announced the new program which offers HST rebates or interest-free loans to homeowners who want to upgrade their existing home to improve energy efficiency. | ||||
