The City of Moncton will expand and convert Kenmore Drive's Kay arena into a new recreation facility, thanks to a $3.3-million project funded under the Canada-New Brunswick Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (CNBMRIF).  In the back row, from left, are Minister of State (Human Resources Development) Claudette Bradshaw; Premier Bernard Lord; Chris Butler, president of Kay Community Centre Foundation; and Moncton Mayor Lorne Mitton. In the two front rows are members of the Lewisville Minor Hockey Association.
