The Province of New Brunswick and the Government of Canada officially opened a new affordable housing project in Sussex today. The $523,561 project, which was funded under the Canada-New Brunswick Affordable Housing Agreement, involves eight new units of affordable housing for low- to moderate-income individuals. At the opening are, from left: Stephanie Kyle, tenant; Paul Baines, of Prestige Homes; Charles McArthur, of Canada Housing and Mortgage Corp.; Katherine Scott, of Sussex Resource Centre; Charles Boulay, of the Department of Family and Community Services; Gregory D. Zed, of Community Mental Health Services - Sussex; and Beatrice Wright, tenant.
