The provincial government and the Port of Dalhousie are joining forces on an infrastructure project for the port's west wharf. Premier Shawn Graham made the announcement. He was joined by Business New Brunswick Minister, Victor Boudreau, and Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour Minister Donald Arseneault.
