 August 7, 2009 - CaraquetOffice of the PremierIntergovernmental AffairsPremier Shawn Graham participated in the opening ceremonies of the fourth World Acadian Congress this morning in Miscou. A meeting place in Lamèque was constructed where artists performed, artisans demonstrated traditional crafts, and children were provided with a variety of activities.
