Joint federal and provincial funding to upgrade water and wastewater systems will soon benefit residents of Edmundston and Clair. The announcement was made today in Edmundston by Minister of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour Donald Arseneault, who is also minister responsible for the Northern New Brunswick Infrastructure Initiative; and Senator Percy Mockler.
