New Brunswick maple producers are now transforming their maple sap into valued-added products that will be sold around the world. In March, Minister of Agriculture and Aquaculture Ronald Ouellette visited L’Érablière Denis Côté in St. Quentin. This maple sugar bush has 48,000 taps on Crown land, and is producing a certified organic syrup. There are about 15 maple producers in the province who produce certified organic maple syrup.
