A sod-turning ceremony was held today to begin the construction of a new, $14-million school in New Bandon between Boiestown and Doaktown. The ceremony was attended by Education Minister Kelly Lamrock, Southwest Miramichi MLA Rick Brewer, officials from School District 18, and members of the community.
