Crown land leases have been awarded to Irving Oil, in partnership with the Huntsman Marine Science Centre, to explore tidal power on the Bay of Fundy. Minister of Natural Resources Donald Arseneault and Energy Minister Jack Keir made the announcement today in St. Andrews.
