The appointment of a deputy minister for self-sufficiency, the appointment of a commissioner to examine and make recommendations on the structure of local government and the creation of a new seed capital program for small business are some of the key recommendations committed to by Premier Shawn Graham in response to the final report of the Self-Sufficiency Task Force.Graham made these commitments this morning at a breakfast address to the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce attended by representatives of chambers of commerce and enterprise networks from throughout the province.From left: Ron Forsythe, President of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce, Premier Graham , and Brad Woodside, Mayor of Fredericton.
