Funding assistance of $140,000 for the Born to Read/le goût de lire program for the fiscal year 2007-08 has been announced by Family and Community Services Minister Carmel Robichaud. Born to Read/Le goût de lire is an early childhood literacy program designed to deliver the message of the importance of reading aloud to children from birth.
