Library Highlights:
- Collection materials are available in both official languages.
- A microfilm reader is available for public use.
- Four study rooms are available free of charge.
- Free access to five computer workstations equipped with Internet access, Microsoft software and educational games. All the computers are linked to a laser printer; printing costs 15 cents per page.

- The Northern Light, a local newspaper, available on microfilm or paper (from 1913 to present)
