Mark your calendar for the first Tuesday of the month to attend the Caregiver Support Network from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. The purpose is to learn, to share and to understand. It offers a safe and confidential place where you can discover that you are not alone in your feelings and that others also understand what you are going through.
Remember that laughter, taking care of yourself and planning for the future are essential for your well-being.
