Library Closure

Please note that the library will be closed June 24 to August 9 to allow for renovations to the library. Summer activities will be moved into the high school. Online and in-person ordering, as well as pick-up and drop-off, will be possible in the Library Makerspace, through the door adjacent to the library after July 2nd. Thank you for your understanding.

Closure: Canada Day

All public libraries and administrative offices will be closed Monday, July 1, 2024. Talking Books Service by Mail will also be suspended during this period.

History

We opened our doors to all member of the community in 1972. We are Nackawic’s first public-library and the first public school library in the province. Our town is home of the worlds largest axe.
